2025 GLTC – MID-OHIO Recap: Brakes, Bust, and a Quick Exit

We rolled into Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course ready to put in some laps and see how far we could push the car on this legendary technical track. The car felt primed during practice—until the brakes started telling a different story. This was one of those “race weekends where the track fights back” moments.

🏁 The Search for Pads

We went full pit-lane detective mode—calling suppliers, even placing an online order in hopes of a last-minute delivery. The bad news? The “overnight” wouldn’t beat the clock.

🏁 Decision Time

With unsafe brakes, the call was made to bow out before the first race. As much as we wanted to throw down, Mid-Ohio will have to wait for our full attack. We left knowing the car—and the crew—would come back stronger.
